Individual sessions are where we work with what's most alive in you, without an agenda, without a timeline. We follow what your body brings, what your history carries, what the present moment is asking for.

This is not a structured programme. Every session is shaped entirely by you, by what surfaces, what wants to move, what asks to be witnessed. I bring multiple approaches and the deep knowledge of when to use which but always in service of what's true for you.

This work is for you if 

You've done the talking. You've understood your patterns intellectually. And yet something remains unreached, a heaviness, a tightness, a sense that the real thing is just out of grasp. You're ready to work at the level where the body has been keeping the score.

Or perhaps you've never been in therapy before, but you sense that what you're carrying needs more than conversation. Something in you knows the body holds answers the mind hasn't found yet.

How we work

Every session follows you, what's alive in your body today, what surfaces when we slow down, what your nervous system is asking for. I draw on somatic experiencing, dance movement therapy, family constellation principles, and embodied mindfulness, not as techniques to apply, but as languages to draw on depending on what's needed in the room.

Sessions are 60 minutes, or 90 minutes for deeper intensive work. Online or in person in Pune.

A space unlike most you've been in

First, a conversation

Before anything else, we speak, to sense if this is the right fit. There's no intake form to fill. Just an honest conversation about where you are and what you're looking for. No pressure to commit.

Sessions are 60–90 minutes

Individual sessions are typically 60 minutes. For deeper intensive work, 90-minute sessions are also available. We work online or in person, depending on your location and preference.

No script, no protocol

You won't arrive to a structured exercise or a workbook. You arrive as you are, and we begin from there. I'll track what your body and system are bringing, and we follow that.
