Approaches in service of your wholeness

The work draws from several embodied approaches that support healing and integration. These aren't separate services, but different doorways into the same process of returning to wholeness.

Dance Movement Therapy

Movement as language. The body knows things the mind hasn't found words for. This approach creates space for what lives below thought to be seen, expressed, and integrated.

Family & Systemic Constellations

We carry more than our own experience. Constellations reveal the invisible loyalties and entanglements in family systems and create space for a different relationship with what was inherited.

Somatic Experiencing

Working directly with the nervous system and the body's held sensations. Gently completing what was interrupted and allowing survival energy that has been held in the body to discharge safely.

Embodied Presence & Mindfulness

Learning to inhabit this moment, this body, this breath - not as a technique, but as a way of meeting yourself. The foundation that makes all other work possible.
